Whether you are buying, selling or need to relocate, our team will help you get your vehicle from where it is to where you need it safely and quickly. RC Logistics can help you move any car, of any value. Our RC Haulers branch offers nationwide freight logistics. As a Landstar Agent, we have the resources of large freight hauler, but with the customer service of an independent hauler.

The time to transport and deliver your vehicle is approximate. However, RC Logistics LLC strives to have any car moved within 7 days of completing paperwork needed to transport your vehicle.

Door-to-door service in the auto transport industry means the truck driver will deliver your vehicle as close to your delivery address as he can legally and safely. Many cities restrict large trucks, prohibiting them from driving into some residential areas. If your home is restricted by narrow streets, low-hanging trees, speed bumps or tight turns, the driver may ask you to meet the truck at a different destination, usually within a couple miles of the original location.

Open trailers are just that, open. This type of vehicle transport does not protect your vehicle from weather elements. Damages from the elements are rare, but can occur. Enclosed trailers provided more protection but also cost about double the price of an open trailer.

Insurance is provided by the carrier and is included in the cost of the transport. RC Logistics LLC is also insured and bonded for your protection and peace of mind.

In the rare occurrence that your vehicle is damaged, make sure that you let the driver know immediately upon inspection at the time of delivery. Write the damage on the bill of lading, and list it as "Transport Damage". This should be written on the bill of lading prior to signing. The driver should sign off on the damage as well. The next step is to contact RC Logistics LLC immediately to initiate the damage claim process.

RC Logistics accepts electronic check or credit card directly from the electronic invoice. You may also mail a cashier check, or money order. Payment must be arranged prior to pick up.

The US Department of Transportation prohibits the carrying of personal items on a truck licensed only for carrying automobiles. All personal belongings that are left inside the vehicle will not be insured. RC Logistics LLC nor its contractors will be responsible for missing or damaged items.

Yes, you, or a designated person, should be present upon pickup and delivery of your vehicle. During pickup, a contract “bill of lading” must be signed by you at the origination point.
